Held notes??

Hi,

love the game.
I've tried a few rhythm games on Android and this is the best I've found.

One thing I don't understand is the held notes...

Am I supposed to lift off at the end?
Or tap again at the end?

I've tried both but neither seem to produce anything better than an "OK" or "No Good"

Also does anyone know of sites to download rock songs rather than dance/electronic songs?
