Song downloads are currently being hosted on the main website with limited bandwidth. Please visit the Donate page and help us get dedicated download servers! ~Keripo

Before you read on...
Make sure to fully read the Download/Install Info page on how to install songs from your phone/computer. Also note that the only officially supported web browser is the default Android web browser ("Browser") that comes with your phone. If you have any problems, try using that first.

Common Problems

No network connection
Exactly as the error tells you. Try restarting your wifi and checking if you're connection is stable.

The content is not supported on this phone
Getting "Cannot download. The content is not supported on this phone" or some variant when you try to download files (note that Beats only supports song packs with the file extensions ".zip" and ".smzip")? Sometimes your web browser doesn't properly apply the download filters that Beats adds to it or the website you are trying to download song packs from. Try a different web browser (all testing is done via the default Android web browser) or download and install the song pack manually from your computer.

.smzip files do not download
Some web browsers (such as Dolphin HD) will try to directly open up .smzip files as if they were text files. Try a different web browser (all testing is done via the default Android web browser) or download and install the song pack manually from your computer.

The forums are really small and need to be zoomed in
Some web browsers (such as Opera Mobile) are not detected by the forums as being "mobile", so the default forum theme is used instead of the Android-friendly one. Try a different web browser (all testing is done via the default Android web browser) or download and install the song pack manually from your computer.

Installing .zip Song Packs
Having problems opening zip files with Beats? The zip file format is very standard and many Android file browser-like applications will try to set themselves as the default action for opening zip files. If you already selected a default application to always open zip files, you can clear your default setting through your phone via:

Settings -> Application -> *app* -> Clear Defaults

If you have troubles still, you can manually install the packs via Beats' built-in file browser. See the Download/Install Info page.

Have more download/install problems? Please post them in the Support section.
